About the Role
We are looking for a Growth and Marketing Manager for Brazil and RoW (rest of the world) to drive consumer growth in Brazil. This role focuses on acquisition, activation, and retention within ideal retail user groups, requiring collaboration between Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute regional growth strategies aligned with the overall company strategy
- →Identify and prioritize growth opportunities specific to the Brazil market
- →Support the implementation and scaling of high-performing growth loops
- →Adapt global positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to align with local user needs
- →Execute acquisition campaigns through various channels
- →Manage and optimize the onboarding flow and lifecycle campaigns
- →Conduct ongoing competitive analysis focused on the Brazil and RoW markets
- →Implement and run local experimentation frameworks
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Growth / Product Marketing experience, ideally in fintech or payments
- ✓Proven experience owning the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization
- ✓Strong experimentation mindset: hypothesis, test, learn, iterate
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple countries in parallel
- ✓Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
