About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join Ambience Healthcare, a company building the AI intelligence platform that restores humanity to healthcare. This role exists to answer Ambience’s hardest questions and help the President see the future more clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the President’s strategic and operational right hand on the company’s most critical initiatives
- →Translate high-level direction into clear plans, decisions, and execution
- →Own or quarterback the most important projects in the company
- →Lead fast-moving, high-stakes workstreams involving senior internal leaders and external executives
- →Bring structure, momentum, and accountability to complex, multi-threaded efforts
- →Take loosely defined problems and impose clarity, sequencing, and decision logic
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, BizOps, investing, or high-impact operating roles
- ✓Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with limited direction
- ✓Exceptional clarity of thought and communication (especially written)
- ✓Experience working closely with senior executives or founders
- ✓High judgment, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information
