About the Role
Join AIR as a Research Assistant with our Learning Supports Team. This role focuses on supporting educational system transformation through research and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals
- →Code studies for research synthesis projects
- →Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data
- →Support communication with school and district leaders
- →Develop spreadsheets and databases for project activities
- →Provide new business and proposal development support
- →Assist in the review and development of scholarly information
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related fields
- ✓Experience with data collection and analysis methodologies
- ✓Familiarity with database programs like Airtable
- ✓Ability to learn and use software like NVivo, R, or Stata
- ✓Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Effective communication skills in a virtual environment
- ✓Excellent organizational and time management skills
