About the Role
adjoe is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role connects business and technology by analyzing data across advertising supply and demand to drive smarter decisions and ensure product roadmaps reflect business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for business teams and partners
- →Gather, validate and document business needs
- →Analyze commercial data such as revenues, CPIs, and other KPIs
- →Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
- →Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
- →Outline the business impact of proposed ideas (Earning vs Costs)
- →Simplify information for easy comprehension
- →Implement and test solutions
Requirements
- ✓Business orientation with the ability to connect business dots and values behind numbers
- ✓3+ years of experience in data analysis
- ✓Ability to express technical issues comprehensively in business language
- ✓Competent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Strong critical thinking with clear action points and proactive approach
- ✓Experience with SQL and Visual analytic platforms
- ✓Team player who enjoys helping others
- ✓Nice to have: Experience in AdTech or Gaming
