About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Integrations Lead to join our Rewarded Solutions Department at adjoe. This role involves leading the development of native Android and iOS SDKs and working with a high-performance backend system that processes millions of events hourly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve the technical architecture of our mobile SDKs
- →Work closely with Product and stakeholders to understand business needs
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile engineers
- →Own and drive technical decision-making for the team
- →Establish and maintain best practices through regular code reviews
- →Collaborate with other Tech Leads and senior engineers
- →Play an active role in hiring, team growth, and shaping team culture
Requirements
- ✓Senior-level engineer / technical lead with 6+ years of professional experience
- ✓Strong hands-on experience in mobile development with Swift and/or Kotlin
- ✓Experience building or maintaining SDKs is a plus
- ✓Comfortable defining architectures, APIs, and technical standards
- ✓Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and technically leading engineers
- ✓Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- ✓Able to balance developer experience, security, and performance
- ✓Strong communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders
- ✓Fluent in English
