About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Axon, a company dedicated to protecting life through innovative safety and justice technology. This role involves managing and growing revenue at designated agencies in the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
- →Develop and execute account strategy with the account team
- →Track customer activity in internal systems to identify opportunities
- →Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
- →Focus on customer satisfaction and develop proper contact networks
- →Work with experts/specialists as required
- →Oversee all account activities for your book of business
- →Drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
- →Forecast and gather intelligence on competitor activity
- →Provide customer product training as necessary
- →Manage individual expense budget
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) Sales Experience
- ✓Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts
- ✓Solution or consultative sales experience in complex sales processes
- ✓Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- ✓Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS
- ✓Able to travel 70%+ including overnight travel
- ✓Able to articulate complex solution offerings to diverse audiences
- ✓Startup experience & some vertical experience
- ✓Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience
- ✓Team player with a collaborative approach
- ✓Ready to own and drive the territory
