About the Role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Aztec Labs. This role focuses on crafting and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand, grow our community, and engage audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Web3 retail audiences and privacy maxis.
→Align campaigns with the technical roadmap and overarching marketing goals.
→Develop engaging and original content in the form of short-form copy, video shorts, polls, and more.
→Foster meaningful interactions with community members and followers, responding to DM’s daily.
→Manage social media agencies to support new follower growth and engagement across platforms.
→Report on social media performance and audience insights to key stakeholders.
→Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify content and messaging.

Requirements

✓Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, preferably with 3+ years in the blockchain or crypto sector.
✓Experience working with retail audiences in Web3 post token-launch.
✓Strong understanding of Web3, privacy, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the crypto ecosystem.
✓Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
✓Creative and forward-thinking.
✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
✓Agency and contractor management experience is a plus.
