About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Content Editor to join our Organic Content team at ClickUp. You will drive an AI-first content production engine, creating engaging content that positions ClickUp as the world's first Converged AI Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from alignment with strategic content pillars to editing and publishing CMS-ready articles
- →Ensure every piece is aligned with the brand, optimized for lead generation, and meets quality standards and SEO requirements
- →Internalize ClickUp’s voice and tone, ensuring every article reflects our unique style
- →Exercise sharp editorial judgment, setting the bar for high-quality, product-led content
- →Manage the content pipeline, developing SOPs and processes to collaborate with marketing and SEO teams
- →Balance SEO best practices with strategic pillar content, aligning with company priorities
- →Deeply understand ClickUp’s content strategy and become a product expert
- →Score each article against our Quality Rubric and continuously improve editorial processes
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in a content or editorial role, ideally at a SaaS company
- ✓Track record of managing direct reports, freelancers, or agencies
- ✓Proven ability to turn AI-first content into engaging, human-centered articles
- ✓High familiarity with AI content generation tools and LLMs, prompting, and AEO and SEO best practices
- ✓Experience building and optimizing content engines at scale
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail, mastery of US English, and strong copy-editing/proofreading skills
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and executes relentlessly
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and SEO teams
