About the Role
We are looking for an Event and Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing B2B event formats that make our brands emotionally tangible. You will be responsible for the entire process, from strategic conception to creative design and operational implementation and follow-up of events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement holistic B2B event formats
- →Create exclusive touchpoints for the Commercial Sales & Partnerships team
- →Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- →Manage budgets and timelines for events and projects
- →Develop B2B communication channels including website, LinkedIn, and newsletter
- →Support the Commercial Sales & Partnerships team with sales materials
- →Coordinate invitations, mailings, and promotional gifts
- →Manage budget for selected projects
