Key Responsibilities
- →Own and execute Bennie’s story and messaging across web, social, PR, and campaigns
- →Execute brand and performance initiatives in alignment with strategy and budget
- →Lead product marketing campaigns, including feature launches and value messaging
- →Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure consistent messaging
- →Lead execution of thought leadership and gated assets to educate the market and drive qualified leads
- →Own visual standards and creative direction across marketing channels
- →Manage and optimize Bennie’s websites and landing pages to improve demo request conversion
- →Build and manage lead and customer nurture campaigns using HubSpot
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, HR tech, or benefits preferred)
- ✓Proven experience in product marketing, including launches, positioning, and customer communication
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally between Product, Sales, and Customer/Success teams
- ✓Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience required
- ✓Experience executing both brand and demand programs
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience in SEO and conversion optimization
