About the Role

We are looking for an Advocate to join Figma's team, focusing on supporting public sector organizations as they modernize their design, build, and collaboration processes. This role involves partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to bring deep design expertise and authentic storytelling into go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Empower users at scale by collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience teams to enable government customers to unlock the full potential of Figma
→Create compelling content tailored to governmental needs, including guidance on design systems, collaboration, and modern delivery practices
→Build meaningful relationships across the Figma community with a focus on public sector, govtech, and civic design practitioners
→Represent Figma at relevant industry events, conferences, briefings, and Figma community programs
→Champion user voices by surfacing feedback and advocating internally to inform product direction

Requirements

✓Deep, hands-on expertise with Figma, including integrating it into diverse, large-scale, and regulated design and development environments
✓Strong understanding of modern product development workflows, with experience building, managing, or operating design systems at scale
✓Technical fluency and sharp design judgment, with a clear point of view on how design translates into production-ready systems
✓Passion for engaging with the design community, especially in govtech or civic spaces, and confidence presenting to various audiences
✓Empathy for public sector designers and developers, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate ambiguity and turn ideas into impact
