About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Mobility Solutions Services team. This role involves managing service subscriptions, handling billing issues, providing technical support, and managing customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage service subscriptions including new subscriptions, information requests, and product updates
- →Handle billing inquiries such as payment method changes, billing incidences, and invoicing
- →Provide technical support on digital products using databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge articles
- →Manage claims, suggestions, and customer feedback on products
- →Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
