About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to join Canva's team in the Philippines. This senior leadership role focuses on scaling adoption, driving monetisation, and unlocking new growth opportunities across various segments.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the Philippines growth strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation
- βDrive the shift from MAU-led success to sustainable revenue growth
- βDevelop and execute growth plays across key segments including creators, educators, SMBs, enterprises, and government
- βPartner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, and Partnerships to optimise pricing, packaging, localisation, and go-to-market strategies
- βAct as a senior growth leader in-market, representing Canva in growth-driven partnerships
- βUse deep local market insight to influence global product, growth, and commercial strategy
- βLead and develop senior growth leaders and teams
Requirements
- β10+ years of leadership experience in growth, commercial, or general management roles
- βExperience launching, scaling, and monetising products in the Philippines
- βStrong commercial and P&L acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
- βDeep understanding of Filipino users across consumer, education, and business segments
- βAbility to operate in ambiguity and build clarity, direction, and momentum
- βCollaborative, low-ego leadership style
