Operations Manager at Carvana

About the Role

We are looking for a Reconditioning Manager to oversee daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center. This supervisory role will manage a team responsible for vehicle reconditioning processes and ensure quality, production, and cost objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• →Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• →Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
• →Participate in strategic planning and execution
• →Ensure adherence to operating standards and policies
• →Create a positive team environment aligned with Carvana’s Values
• →Maintain supervisory staff through recruitment, training, and development
• →Ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed
• →Train and mentor leads and associates with competency-based feedback
• →Ensure adequate production capacity levels and assist with planning
• →Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• →Provide vision and guidance to meet performance metrics
• →Engage the team regarding quality, production, and cost objectives
• →Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
