About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team remotely or at their headquarters in Des Moines, IA. This role involves collaborating with Customer Success leadership to develop and enhance the client experience, contributing to relationship retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Account Growth & Diversification: Identify opportunities to expand OpenLoop’s offerings within client businesses.
- →Ensure Customer Success & ROI: Partner with clients to define success metrics and track KPIs.
- →Churn Mitigation: Monitor account health signals to proactively address retention risks.
- →Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders.
- →Integration Advocacy: Understand system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange.
- →Lead Renewals & Upsells: Manage renewal processes and expansion contracts with Sales and Leadership.
- →Voice of the Customer: Synthesize client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
- →Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through implementation to adoption of key features.
- →Data-Driven Reviews: Conduct regular Business Reviews to analyze performance and plan scaling.
Requirements
- ✓The Strategic Generalist: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- ✓Proven CSM Track Record: 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS preferred), focused on retention and revenue growth.
- ✓Integration Savvy: Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs.
- ✓Commercial Mindset: Comfortable discussing contracts, identifying upsell triggers, and negotiating renewals.
- ✓Relationship Architect: Ability to build rapport with technical users and C-suite executives.
- ✓Proactive Problem Solver: Use data to spot trends and offer solutions.
- ✓Healthcare/HealthTech Experience: Familiarity with healthcare delivery or clinical operations is a bonus.
