About the Role
We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team at CI&T. This role involves developing and implementing company-wide data governance processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute data governance processes, policies, and data standards
- →Lead reviews of data governance practices across business domains and technical teams
- →Establish milestones for Data Domains in their Data Ownership journey
- →Build long-term relationships with Data Owners and Data Stewards
- →Drive acceptance of Data Governance and facilitate stakeholder engagement
- →Identify the impact of events, regulations, and business use cases on data usage
- →Implement data management strategies with technical teams
- →Build alliances with Data Architecture and Data Engineering
- →Implement and drive adoption of Data Governance Tools
- →Advocate Data Quality initiatives and resolve complex data quality issues
- →Support team members with training and mentorship
- →Create collaborative ways of working across Data Governance Teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ATLAN
- ✓Confident understanding of Databricks Unity Catalog & Metric View
- ✓Strong background in data governance and data management
- ✓Experience with data catalogues and data observability tools
- ✓Knowledge of data quality frameworks
- ✓Ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders
- ✓Experience in leading and planning data management strategies
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
