About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our tech transformation team at CI&T. This role involves working with teams to understand customer journeys and data, creating data models, and translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with teams to understand customer journeys and current state of data
- →Partner with product leadership to define goals and KPIs for new data platforms
- →Map new data requirements and events, including journey steps and triggers
- →Create data models to derive conclusions related to set KPIs
- →Conduct funnel and drop-off analysis to identify friction points
- →Advise on using data to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
- →Translate data into clear, actionable insights for product roadmaps
- →Build dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
- →Act as a thought partner to Product leadership
- →Champion a data-informed culture across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Strong quantitative skills with a background in maths, statistics, or STEM
- ✓Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), DBT, and data visualization tools
- ✓Experience in data modeling
- ✓Experience designing and analyzing experiments and A/B tests
- ✓Passion for customer-centric problem solving
- ✓Ability to define and monitor product success metrics
- ✓Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and user journey analytics
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
