About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Sustain team for a major international client. This role involves providing Level 2 service support and working directly with the client to enhance operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide Level 2 (L2) service support for client applications
- →Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence
- →Analyze and interpret logs to troubleshoot issues
- →Create and utilize service scripts for automation
- →Support complex technical solutions with multiple integrated components
- →Collaborate closely with the team while acting autonomously on client issues
Requirements
- ✓Advanced proficiency in English
- ✓Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks
- ✓Understanding of databases
- ✓Capability for incident investigation
- ✓Proficiency in analysis and interpretation of logs
- ✓Experience in using and creating service scripts
- ✓Experience supporting complex technical solutions with multiple suppliers and integration types
- ✓Nice to Have
- ✓Knowledge in Service Now
- ✓Interest in using GenAI for automation
