About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Revenue team at ClassPass. This role focuses on helping studios succeed by building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be an expert on all verticals and offerings in your ClassPass markets
- →Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by helping them grow their business
- →Engage with key partners during monthly check-ins via phone or in-person meetings
- →Monitor and identify opportunities for supply health across your book of business with a focus on inventory management
- →Drive adoption of new ClassPass products among your partners
- →Retain partners by providing best-in-class support and relationship management
- →Develop in-depth performance reports to share with studio partners
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor degree
- ✓4+ years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or similar role
- ✓Proven track record of successful sales experience
- ✓Solution-selling mindset with a passion for post-sale client relationships, negotiations, and support
- ✓Detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- ✓Team player comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
