About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for driving revenue across the full customer lifecycle. This role will own a region of enterprise business across the central U.S. and be accountable for ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, lead, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Directors and Enterprise Account Managers
- →Own a regional team quota achieved through net new lands, expansions, and renewals
- →Recruit, hire, and onboard top enterprise sales talent to scale the team
- →Coach and develop your team to navigate complex customer organizations
- →Establish and refine sales processes, deal strategies, and best practices
- →Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM leadership
- →Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- ✓3+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams
- ✓Demonstrated success selling technical products to large organizations
- ✓Experience building and developing sales talent
- ✓Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement ability
- ✓Technical acumen to understand customer pain points and articulate solutions
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
- ✓Customer-obsessed mindset focused on building lasting partnerships
