About the Role

The Global Partner Manager – Operations Excellence for Deloitte is a critical leadership role focused on driving operational rigor, governance, and execution discipline across the global ServiceNow–Deloitte alliance. This role ensures partnership operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish and lead the operating rhythm for the ServiceNow–Deloitte alliance, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive updates.
→Maintain governance frameworks, program cadences, and decision mechanisms that ensure clarity and alignment across both organizations.
→Implement and continuously refine standardized processes for reporting, solution lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
→Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide executive clarity and inform data-driven decisions.
→Drive operational consistency across regions by creating playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
→Own partnership performance measurement, including tracking and reporting of KPIs like revenue, pipeline, and program ROI.
→Identify operational gaps, risks, and dependencies across the alliance; lead proactive mitigation planning.
→Serve as the central connector across sales operations, solution leads, partner teams, marketing, finance, and executive sponsors.

Requirements

✓Proven experience in alliance management, partnership operations, or similar leadership roles.
✓Strong understanding of operational governance frameworks and performance management.
✓Experience with process optimization, workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✓Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across organizations.
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✓Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
