About the Role
We are looking for an English-Mandarin Customer Success Specialist to join Coinbase, a company dedicated to increasing economic freedom worldwide through crypto and blockchain technology. This role involves providing outstanding support to premium customers across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide best-in-class customer support, handling customers proactively to mitigate issues and collaborating across teams to resolve them with urgency.
- →Model an investigative mentality by utilizing data and customer feedback to address critical issues at their root cause.
- →Proactively identify customer needs before they become issues to simplify the customer experience and strengthen trust in Coinbase.
- →Champion clear communication with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results.
- →Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase products and ongoing changes in the crypto environment to guide customers effectively.
- →Support international or regional ad-hoc projects in addition to core work.
Requirements
- ✓Motivated by Coinbase’s mission and creating a seamless experience for high-value customers.
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or support role in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- ✓Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, and/or crypto.
- ✓Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth organization, including willingness to work shift timings and weekends.
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers to use Coinbase products successfully.
