About the Role
We are seeking a CTO to lead our technology platform in a regulated fintech/crypto environment. This executive role focuses on ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of production systems while managing infrastructure and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own overall technology platform and platform maintenance
- →Ensure availability, scalability and reliability of production systems
- →Lead infrastructure and IT teams and technical vendors communication
- →Implement approved ICT and security controls
- →Ensure secure and resilient custody/processing technology
- →Manage cloud infrastructure and critical technology vendors
- →Execute board-approved ICT and technology risk strategy
- →Support regulatory audits by providing technical evidence
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in software engineering with senior leadership experience
- ✓Strong background in infrastructure and IT
- ✓Cloud-native experience (AWS)
- ✓Understanding of security, custody and key-management concepts
- ✓Experience working with auditors and regulators
- ✓Process-driven, documentation-oriented mindset
