About the Role

We are looking for a Finance, Billing & Revenue Operations Specialist to join CookUnity’s B2B Operations team. This role will serve as the financial and administrative control center for CookUnity’s Healthcare (MTM) and B2B programs, managing the full revenue lifecycle from eligibility and authorizations through invoicing, collections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for MTM services, including claims submission, payment reconciliation, and AR tracking
→Coordinate with third-party billing vendors for accurate and timely submission
→Monitor monthly reimbursements and ensure alignment with service delivery
→Track and resolve denials, discrepancies, and underpayments
→Verify member eligibility and authorization status across plans
→Generate and issue invoices for all B2B corporate accounts
→Track AP/AR status across clients and payers
→Lead settlements, credit notes, and write-offs
→Process ad-hoc payment requests and adjustments
→Provide recurring financial reporting for Healthcare and B2B revenue

Requirements

✓Strong knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle operations
✓Familiarity with HCPCS coding and Community Supports programs
✓Understanding and experience in Medi-Cal and other healthcare programs
✓Proficient in Excel and financial reconciliation workflows
✓Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical capability
✓Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
✓Skilled in partner and vendor relationship management and effective communication
✓Exercises discretion with sensitive financial and member data
✓US GAAP experience required
✓Netsuite experience is a plus
