About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Coupang Eats Ads Sales team. This role focuses on analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights to help brands succeed on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze delivery platform market trends and category-specific trends using internal data
- →Identify market opportunity factors that allow brands to proactively respond based on market insights and consumer behavior data
- →Analyze advertising execution data from major brands to diagnose and improve efficiency of key metrics like ROAS
- →Generate back data to support marketing strategies that increase ad efficiency
- →Build and manage automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- →Support business strategy based on data analysis
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or strategic consulting
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- ✓Experience transforming complex data into business language
- ✓Track record of deriving brand/marketing insights from data analysis and proposing actionable strategies
- ✓Excellent communication skills for close collaboration with sales and marketing teams
