About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Analyst to join Coupang's Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in Taiwan. This role focuses on optimizing Promise Delivery Date (PDD) performance and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop comprehensive dashboards covering first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics processes
→Collaborate with stakeholders to drive PDD improvements and enhance customer experience
→Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions
→Establish and track key performance indicators, develop business reports, and deliver actionable insights
→Generate strategic recommendations based on operational data to improve efficiency and service quality
→Lead data simulations for new initiatives to support informed decision-making
→Engage with diverse teams to enable data-driven decisions across the organization

Requirements

✓Minimum 4 years of experience in analytical roles within operations, process optimization, internal audit, or policy analysis
✓Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI required)
✓Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) and scripting languages (Python preferred)
✓Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
✓Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses clearly and concisely
