About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute the operational framework that drives predictable, scalable growth across their real estate and digital infrastructure portfolio. This strategic leader will be responsible for deal strategy execution, capital deployment planning, and global incentive compensation plans for Real Estate and Energy Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with executive leadership to translate revenue goals into incentive plans and operating rhythms
→Lead annual and quarterly planning processes including site-pipeline modeling and market prioritization
→Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and insights for the real estate lifecycle
→Design and implement complex incentive compensation plans aligned with long-term asset value
→Manage all aspects of the bonus process including calculation, reconciliation, and payment
→Optimize project-tracking tools to ensure data integrity
→Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Energy Development teams
→Develop documentation for deal-related policies and incentive plans

Requirements

✓10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Deal Operations
✓Expertise in incentive compensation design within Real Estate Development or Infrastructure
✓Proven ability to manage bonus plans for long-lead-time projects
✓High-stakes analytical skills to interpret complex deal data
✓Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce and compensation management software
✓Communication skills to bridge between deal makers and operations teams
✓Commitment to 100% accuracy in compensation activities
