About the Role
We are looking for a creative, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join the UKI team at Databricks to maximize market opportunities within the Energy industry. Your mission will be to grow enterprise energy customers with a new business, high growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- →Co-develop a business plan to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals
- →Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases
- →Implement data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships and professional services
- →Develop an understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives
Requirements
- ✓Experience developing strong relationships with large Enterprise global accounts
- ✓Experience managing virtual teams and leading complex sales campaigns in major Energy accounts
- ✓Experience working in Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries
- ✓Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
- ✓Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models
- ✓Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors and Global Solution Integrators
- ✓Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives
- ✓Experience in value-based selling
