About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team at Datacor. This role involves working with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize our use of various Sales Tools and build up our reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configure Go-to-market systems to maximize their efficiency and adoption throughout the organization
- →Design and implement technical solutions that align with a tool's best practices
- →Assist and develop sales models, including forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline inspection, headcount planning, and compensation plans
- →Create and maintain complex custom reporting and dashboards
- →Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other tools
- →Monitor system usage and triage technical errors
- →Evaluate new technologies to improve existing systems and processes
- →Improve data quality throughout systems
Requirements
- ✓4-7 years of experience in an analytical role
- ✓Proficiency in administering and implementing Sales Tools including Salesforce, LeanData, RingLead, Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo, Hubspot, CaptivateIQ, and Quota Path
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
- ✓Ability to work with non-technical business leaders to translate their needs into scalable solutions
- ✓Exceptional communication, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills
- ✓Ability to influence, lead, and build strong stakeholder relationships
- ✓Self-driven with the ability to navigate and prioritize work through ambiguous situations
- ✓Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
