About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and systems-savvy Revenue Operations Associate to join Definely’s growing commercial function. This role will be at the heart of our go-to-market engine, ensuring efficient operations and effective use of insights to scale with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Champion the effective use of HubSpot across the commercial function, building dashboards, managing workflows, and maintaining data hygiene.
- →Analyse commercial data to uncover insights, spot trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- →Develop and maintain forecasting models to support quarterly/annual target-setting.
- →Identify and lead process improvements that streamline go-to-market operations.
- →Support onboarding and training for revenue teams on tools, data usage, and reporting best practices.
- →Work cross-functionally to execute projects supporting Revenue Operations strategy.
- →Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- ✓Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- ✓Comfortable working with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and other go-to-market tools.
- ✓Proficiency in AI tooling and an interest in the industry.
- ✓A structured thinker who can break down problems, analyse data, and present clear recommendations.
- ✓Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- ✓A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- ✓Strong collaboration skills across different teams and seniority levels.
