About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager to join our passionate, global team at Delinea. This role focuses on developing relationships with regional partners and supporting the external sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop beneficial relationships with partners and distributors
- →Ensure partners are enrolled in Delinea’s partner program and assist with resource access
- →Coordinate enablement and training activities with partner sales teams
- →Coordinate engagement of Delinea sales and SE teams with partners
- →Conduct lead generation activities with channel partners to grow revenue
- →Maintain up-to-date partner details in the Partner Portal and SFDC
- →Facilitate communication between partners and Delinea’s sales teams
- →Coordinate pre-sales engagement and demos of Delinea’s solutions
- →Ensure deal registrations are processed according to program guidance
- →Build and manage a contact database of key partner executives
- →Work with the sales team to ensure smooth sales transactions
- →Arrange regular product briefings with partner communities
- →Recruit and develop business relationships with new partners
- →Achieve assigned quotas for company products and services
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in IT Sales
- ✓Experience engaging with partners in a commercial role
- ✓Ability to partner and communicate effectively with account teams
- ✓Understanding of pipeline management discipline
- ✓Independent judgment methods and evaluation criteria
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail and administration discipline
- ✓Ability to create relationships in a remote or virtual environment
- ✓Team player mindset with collaborative skills
- ✓Ability to work under pressure
- ✓Some travel may be required
