About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Scotland at Deliveroo, a rapidly growing tech company. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with top Scottish restaurant partners to help them increase their online sales through Deliveroo.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and grow relationships between Deliveroo and top Scottish restaurant partners
- →Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge
- →Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
- →Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
- →Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
- →Innovate and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo's growth and efficiencies
- →Be a local expert for your region, knowing the restaurant industry inside and out
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in account/relationship management (or similar)
- ✓Effective relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
- ✓Results-orientated, with a track record of achieving targets and successful negotiations
- ✓Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable
- ✓Self-starter, hard worker and well-organised
- ✓Ability to work autonomously whilst out meeting restaurant partners in Scotland
