About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo in France. This role focuses on maximizing the success of our restaurant partners by becoming their expert point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage strategic partnerships by building lasting relationships and providing Food Tech expertise
- βOptimize performance by analyzing portfolio data and providing personalized support to maximize partner profitability
- βDeploy innovative solutions by quickly implementing new Deliveroo tools and options for partners
- βDevelop marketing strategies by suggesting and implementing promotional campaigns tailored to each establishment
- βMonitor operational metrics to optimize the overall experience for both restaurants and end customers
Requirements
- β2-3 years of commercial experience in a similar role with proven ability to manage complex portfolios and achieve objectives
- βStrong negotiation and strategic skills with the ability to conduct contract discussions and anticipate market needs
- βField expertise with the ability to conduct quality competitive monitoring and stay close to partners' practical challenges
- βData analysis skills to identify and analyze commercial and operational performance data for service excellence
- βProactive communication skills with effective written and spoken English proficiency
