About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo in Torino. This role focuses on helping partner restaurants grow by acting as a strategic consultant and using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

→Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact in the Torino region.
→Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities.
→Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals.
→Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty.
→P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

✓Commercial Experience: Significant experience (at least 3 years) in account management or sales.
✓Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision-making.
✓Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms.
✓Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools and project management applications.
✓Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors; professional fluency in English is also a significant plus.
