About the Role
We are looking for a paralegal to join our Corporate & Commercial legal team in London. This role involves supporting the team with global matters and various legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist the corporate & commercial legal team on global matters
- →Draft legal documents, policies and correspondence
- →Manage small claims and disputes
- →Advise on marketing campaigns and promotions
- →Conduct legal research to support the commercial legal team
- →Manage projects and prepare tracker documents
- →Assist with document review exercises
- →Provide general assistance with matter management
Requirements
- ✓Strong academic background or equivalent experience
- ✓Preferably some experience as a paralegal in-house or at a private practice law firm
- ✓Enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Highly organised with a proven record of meeting deadlines
- ✓Highly motivated and keen to learn different areas of law
- ✓Driven to do an excellent job efficiently
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Good, positive, can-do attitude
- ✓Team player willing to get involved
