About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in the Middle East markets. This role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and building frameworks to ensure optimal rider performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build effective, scalable, and efficient frameworks and systems to manage rider performance across the Middle East
- →Make recommendations on resource allocation to ensure the best possible outcomes
- →Track key metrics, identify unusual trends, and uncover root causes to maintain network health
- →Work with the Middle East Rider Operations team to operate within budget
- →Provide regular updates on rider performance to business stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓A high standard of university-level education
- ✓6+ years of experience in data analytics, program management, consulting, banking, engineering, or a high-growth startup
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills for complex problems
- ✓An ownership mindset with curiosity to uncover and diagnose unusual outcomes
- ✓Experience building scalable processes, tools, and structured change methodologies
- ✓Strong analytical mindset and comfort with large data sets (SQL, Python)
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple workstreams, working both individually and as part of a team
