Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, owning intake, sourcing strategy, process, and close.
- →Partner with technical and executive leaders to calibrate roles quickly and drive decisions.
- →Build forward-looking pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles through talent mapping and targeted outreach.
- →Strengthen quality of hire by improving interview design and signal.
- →Run high-care closing and candidate experience end-to-end.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- ✓Elite sourcing and technical fluency to translate role needs into search strategy.
- ✓Strong closer and operator skills for complex offers and processes.
- ✓Clear, trusted communicator with hiring leaders.
- ✓Based near Austin or Palo Alto with excitement for a hybrid work rhythm.
