About the Role
Justice HQ is seeking a Customer Success Virtual Assistant to strengthen relationships with strategic partners, providers, and the legal community. This role ensures timely and quality support by managing partner needs and delivering an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary contact point for providers and legal partners
- →Manage inquiries and provide quick, effective responses
- →Maintain strong relationships within the legal community
- →Monitor partner satisfaction and follow up
- →Manage tasks and projects using Asana, communicate via Slack, and handle data in HubSpot
- →Support sales processes and alliance expansion (optional)
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Customer Success, account coordination, or B2B support
- ✓Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- ✓Proficiency with tools: Asana, Slack, HubSpot
- ✓Knowledge of the legal sector (preferred)
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Experience with Hivebrite and B2B sales (desired)
