About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to company leadership. This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while acting as a strategic partner to align executive activities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage executive calendar with strong prioritization and proactive planning
- →Schedule meetings and coordinate daily workflows
- →Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- →Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and follow-up actions
- →Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests
- →Serve as primary liaison between the Owner and internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners
- →Draft, edit, and manage email communications, letters, and internal updates
- →Handle confidential information with discretion
- →Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries for strategic decisions
- →Manage social media presence and assist with personal assistant tasks
- →Follow up with clients and maintain relationships with VIP clients
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- ✓Experience with CRM software (Luxor CRM experience is a plus)
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- ✓Advanced English language skills
