Key Responsibilities
- →Implement Sales Hub Enterprise end-to-end: lead management and automation, commercial assignment and prioritization, pipelines, stages, and forecasting.
- →Implement Marketing Hub Enterprise: advanced workflows, lead scoring, campaigns, forms, landing pages, and CTAs.
- →Manage consent and GDPR compliance.
- →Build advanced automation between sales and marketing teams.
- →Define and deploy dashboards and reporting for operational teams and management.
- →Execute data migration and quality assurance.
- →Coordinate functional testing (UAT) and go-live plan.
- →Provide user training and post-launch support.
- →Support integrations with ERP, contact center, email, marketing tools, and BI.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in complete HubSpot implementations (minimum 2 projects).
- ✓Expertise with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Enterprise.
- ✓Solid experience with advanced workflows, reporting, and data governance.
- ✓Knowledge of B2B/B2C commercial processes.
- ✓Experience with data migrations and integrations via API or connectors.
- ✓Autonomy to lead technical and functional implementation.
- ✓Functional leadership and autonomous project management.
- ✓Excellent communication skills with business and technical teams.
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
- ✓Results orientation, organization, and structured thinking.
- ✓User training and tool adoption facilitation skills.
