About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to help improve ROI through data insights and faster decision-making. This execution-focused role will work closely with the performance marketing team on real-time tracking, dashboards, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track and monitor performance marketing metrics on a daily basis
- →Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into campaign performance
- →Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities
- →Work closely with marketing teams to support ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS optimisation
- →Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years in analytics, growth, performance marketing, or a similar role
- ✓Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
- ✓Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- ✓Python knowledge is a strong plus
- ✓Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and cohort analysis
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets
- ✓Curious, hungry to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
