As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the strategic architect behind how the world perceives and adopts Docebo’s cutting-edge learning solutions. You’ll lead high-stakes go-to-market initiatives, blending deep market insights with customer empathy to turn complex product features into compelling human stories. THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- Lead the Strategy: Drive the development of differentiated product positioning, pricing strategies, and success metrics to optimize for market adoption.
- Orchestrate the Launch: Own the end-to-end execution of product and feature launches, ensuring seamless internal alignment and massive external impact.
- Bridge the Gaps: Act as a high-level strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain a unified voice across the entire journey.
- Decode the Market: Conduct continuous competitive research and analyze customer feedback to turn raw data into actionable roadmap influences.
- Craft the Narrative: Create high-impact content including sales decks, website copy, and video scripts that resonate with technical and business audiences alike.
- Empower the Frontline: Develop the frameworks, training, and tools that enable our global sales organization to close deals with confidence and precision.
- Champion the Brand: Represent Docebo as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings to advocate for our mission.

- The SaaS Veteran: You bring 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- The Launch Legend: You have a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies that move the needle.
- The Domain Expert: You possess a deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or the broader EdTech/HR Tech landscape.
- The Master Storyteller: You have exceptional writing and presentation skills, with a unique ability to translate technical specs into value-driven stories.
- The Tool Whisperer: You are proficient with CRM and marketing tech stacks, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI platforms.
