About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients in the field and driving growth in our German market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- →Responsible for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in your assigned region
- →Acquire doctors independently and act as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their needs and challenges
- →Track sales reporting and forecasting regularly using Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / field sales, ideally in B2B solutions
- ✓Excellent hunting and pitching skills
- ✓High energy level, enjoyment of selling, and confident, positive, professional demeanor
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and strong organizational skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at minimum C1 level)
- ✓Class B driver's license
