About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare facilities and driving the sales cycle for our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Activate new sales opportunities by contacting healthcare centers through phone, email, and digital channels
→Qualify prospects by identifying decision makers, needs, priorities, and potential
→Plan effective follow-ups to advance opportunities in the sales funnel
→Guide online meetings to understand the organization of healthcare facilities and propose the most suitable solution
→Present Doctolib with customized demos, highlighting concrete benefits for patients and staff
→Build and present tailored commercial proposals, guiding negotiations until signing
→Align internal stakeholders and coordinate a complete handover to the onboarding team
→Manage pipeline and activities on CRM with attention to data quality and next steps
→Monitor KPIs and results (activity, conversion rate, win rate, sales cycle duration)

Requirements

✓Experience in a sales role in SaaS/tech companies or with complex products of at least 2-3 years
✓Excellent interpersonal communication skills
✓Energy, determination, and ambition are key values for you
✓You enjoy working in a team
✓Strongly results-oriented: you understand KPIs and commit to achieving and exceeding goals
✓Experience or strong interest in the healthcare field is ideal
✓Good level of English is ideal
