About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients in the field and driving growth in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- →Take responsibility for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in your region
- →Acquire doctors independently and act as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their needs and challenges
- →Track sales reporting and forecasting regularly using Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in sales / field sales, preferably in B2B solutions
- ✓Excellent hunting and pitching skills
- ✓High energy level, enjoyment of selling, and confident, positive, professional demeanor
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and high organizational skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills (written and oral German skills at minimum C1 level)
- ✓Class B driver's license
