About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Munich. This role focuses on driving growth in Germany by selling Doctolib's digital healthcare solutions to physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure
- →Responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
- →Analyze physician needs and challenges, and present our digital solutions
- →Track performance regularly with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategies
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales and B2B)
- ✓Excellent prospecting and pitching skills
- ✓High energy level, passion for sales, and professional presence
- ✓Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher)
- ✓Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to visit clients on-site
