About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at our Milan office. This role focuses on identifying and developing business opportunities with decision-makers in medical centers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate leads: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- →Schedule appointments: Establish initial contact with decision-makers and schedule appointments for Inside and Field Sales colleagues
- →Collaborate with Field Sales: Work closely with Field Sales to transfer key information and ensure smooth opportunity handoffs
- →Manage CRM: Maintain and update the Salesforce database for tracking potential customer interactions and developments
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree
- ✓Experience, even minimal, in related roles
- ✓Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Strong results orientation: understand KPIs and commit to achieving and exceeding targets with a competitive uncapped bonus
- ✓Proactive and organized
- ✓Interest and passion for the sales world
- ✓Desire to leverage continuous learning opportunities to develop sales skills and grow rapidly within the organization
