About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Practice Software to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on supporting the sales team in Stuttgart and helping to shape the German market for practice software.

Key Responsibilities

→Strategic Expansion: Take a key role in the successful launch and scaling of our innovative practice software
→Market Development: Explore new market potentials through close collaboration with our Go-to-Market and Sales Excellence teams
→Sales Leadership & Revenue Targets: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure and be responsible for specific revenue targets (MRR)

Requirements

✓Proven success in software sales with at least 7 years of experience (including at least 1 year in practice software sales in the medical sector)
✓Experience in field sales within the German healthcare system, particularly in the area of private practices
✓Strong analytical skills to understand complex structures and develop solutions
✓Project management skills to coordinate internal/external stakeholders and solve complex issues
✓Native-level German communication skills
