About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Munich. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic client relationships and expanding our market presence in the digital healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire sales process from acquisition to contract closure, developing customized solutions for clients.
- →Analyze market potential, identify growth opportunities, and expand our network in the healthcare industry.
- →Provide strategic advice to clients, understanding their challenges and positioning Doctolib as an essential partner.
- →Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and build sustainable partnerships.
- →Utilize data-driven analysis (e.g., via Salesforce) to continuously optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- ✓Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic focus on complex sales processes.
- ✓Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to strategically advise clients at all levels.
- ✓Ambitious and results-oriented, maintaining focus on challenging goals.
- ✓Mobility and flexibility, including regular on-site client visits and a valid Class B driver's license.
