About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead SDR & Sales Support to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on leading and developing an SDR team, implementing new strategies for customer acquisition, and analyzing performance to drive optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop an SDR team with approximately 8-10 employees
- →Responsible for the structural setup, coaching, and enablement of the team
- →Define and implement new strategies for customer acquisition (cold outreach)
- →Analyze performance, KPIs, and processes to drive optimizations
- →Work closely with Sales, Sales Support, and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in cold outreach (Outbound Sales) and familiarity with the challenges of a scaling sales environment
- ✓Ideally, experience in leading teams professionally and/or disciplinarily and developing employees specifically
- ✓Enjoy coaching, empowering people, and achieving success together
- ✓Structured and strategic work approach to create clarity, focus, and scalability
- ✓Self-motivated, hands-on mentality, and taking responsibility
- ✓Strong communication skills, empathy, and a respectful approach
- ✓Native-level German and good English skills
